Exterior Washing
Pressure Washing & Soft Washing
Restore every surface to its original depth.

Concrete that looked grey with grime is usually still the same concrete underneath. Siding that reads green or chalky is holding a season of algae and pollen, not a new color. Pressure washing takes that layer off — but only when the pressure and the cleaner are matched to the material.
That is the part most companies skip. Wide fans and high pressure belong on driveways, not on vinyl siding, paint or a cedar deck. We switch tips, pressure and cleaning solution per surface, and use a low-pressure soft wash wherever the material can be damaged. Anything living near the house gets pre-wetted and covered before we start.

Why homeowners pick us for it
Pressure matched to the surface
Concrete takes a wide fan and real pressure. Siding, paint and wood get a soft wash instead, so nothing is etched, stripped or blasted.
Soft washing that solves the cause
Low pressure with a cleaning solution kills algae and mildew at the root rather than pushing it into the pores for next spring.
Landscaping protected
Beds, shrubs and grass are pre-wetted and covered for the length of the job, then rinsed down before we leave.
How it works
01
Tell us the surfaces
A short list — driveway, walkway, patio, siding, deck — plus photos is all we need to price it.
02
We quote by area and material
Concrete is priced by square footage, walls by area and stories, and we fold in any restoration work.
03
We protect and wash
Plants covered, surfaces treated, worked in sections so nothing dries before it is rinsed.
04
We walk it with you
You check the results in daylight, and anything that needs a second pass gets one before we go.
What it costs
Driveways and walkways are priced by square footage and siding by wall area and stories. A driveway with a front walk typically lands between $100 and $400, and a full-house soft wash usually runs $400 to $1,000 or more depending on size and how much organic growth has taken hold.
Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding gets a soft wash — low pressure plus a cleaning solution — which lifts algae without forcing water behind the panels or dulling the finish.
How often does a house need it?
Every two to three years for most Wisconsin homes, or sooner on the north side and under trees where algae takes hold first.
Can you remove rust stains from concrete?
Usually improved, sometimes removed. Rust from fertilizer, patio furniture or a downspout is a one-time treatment we quote separately after testing a spot.
